Oil Polisher Machine

Our company fabricates this oil polisher machine for the food industry, especially to process chili products. This machine is designed to coat a layer of oil on chili powder or flakes with the aim to polish and enhance their appearance. The design of this machine comprises a rotating drum with paddles. The chili powder or flakes are fed into it through a hopper. A mist of oil is sprayed onto the powdered spice as the drum rotates. As a result of this process, the spices become shiny and get a glossy appearance. With time, the polished spices by the oil polisher machine do not fade or become discolored.
